As an engaged couple, one of your priorities is making sure that all of your guests enjoy your special day. If your guest list includes children under 8, keeping them entertained and happy is essential, not only for the enjoyment of the children themselves but also for that of their parents or carers.
​
A lot of the time, parents having children with them at a wedding can detract from the enjoyment of the day. However, deciding to make the event 'adults only', may result in guests choosing not to come or being unable to attend. It is this trade off that presents many couples with an inevitable dilemma.
So why not get the best of both worlds! Invite children too and give them and their parents a day to remember for all the right reasons, with no time to be bored!

Adventure Quests offers a package for your wedding...
AN Adventure Quest WEDDING
Quite simply, Adventure Quests can fully cater for the entertainment of children aged 3 to 8, from the ceremony to the reception!

The package includes:
Ceremony activity packs (sent ahead of time)
Reception activities on arrival
Canape Quest!! – The MAIN Event!!
Activity dinner pack
Speech entertainment
(The above can be tailored to suit your own timings)

Optional Extra – Tent Bed Hire
Teepee Style tents set up for each child, with blow up beds and blankets.
If licences allow at the venue, a projector and screen can also be provided to show a film of choice.

Please note that I am not a childminder/babysitter and parents must take full responsibility for their children throughout.
Adventure Quests provides fun entertainment for the full day.
DECISIONS
We will do our very best to undertake as much of the planning as possible.
To begin we will ask a few simple questions about you, your day and the children in attendance. This will help us to gauge what will be needed and provide a quote.

Once a contract has been signed and deposit received, your booking will be made and date secured.
We will then contact you 1 month prior to your big day to confirm numbers, reviewing and making amendments as required. Where possible, and with your permission, we can work directly with the venue to reduce your involvement in the planning process.
Finally, a call will be scheduled to take place 7 to 10 days before as a confirmatory exercise.
