Adventure Quest  

​Having now written 4 birthday parties for my very decerning 7 year old based on his brief, 5 published party quests, 2 elf 'quests to save Christmas' and my youngest being old enough to now enjoy his own quest parties, writing to a brief or to create untold magic, is something I have become accustomed to.

I take the role of immersion very seriously, and do my utmost to think the quest through in every which way to enable minds to be transfixed and transported to other worlds.

With experience of hosting parties, school activities, public events and selling digital quest downloads internationally, it is clear to me that this immersive way of engaging young minds is a magical tool and one I will not be taking for granted.

I begin with drafting out a plot, that incorporates key moments and piece those together with a variety of different interactive activities that are designed to progress the story. 

​

Once the story has been outlined I have always designed, planned and crafted the props and decor in all forms to support the narrative. Utlising imagination and role play along with tactile props and audio visual aids at carefully placed points along the way. ​

Finally, whether it is myself or someone else delivering a quest, a set of cue cards are created to lead the 'quest maker' through the story.
